The objective of this course is to give fundamental knowledge about real estate formation in Sweden.

Examination details

Grading scale: TH - (U,3,4,5) - (Fail, Three, Four, Five)
Assessment: Examination through project works and a final exam. The final mark is the result of both the project and the exam. Seminars, exercises and study trips are compulsory. Compulsory joint workshop with A, L and V students in the courses VBEA05, VFTF10 and VBEF01. For an approved workshop, active participation is required throughout the workshop. The workshop is planned and implemented together with program boards A, L and V.

The examiner, in consultation with Disability Support Services, may deviate from the regular form of examination in order to provide a permanently disabled student with a form of examination equivalent to that of a student without a disability.
