Contents

The course contains a general orientation on different perspectives on learning and didactics. Knowledge and skills in communication, reflection, peer review (feedback), and applied rhetoric, are particularly prominent.

The content of the course is strongly linked to the learning processes during the course. Practical exercises during course meetings "on-campus" are as foundational as the academic distance learning tasks between the course meetings.

The content of the course is based on the students’ prior knowledge and individual experiences from the aviation industry and is utilized in the various tasks which the course is built upon. Students with previous teaching experience are thus offered the opportunity to deepen their knowledge and skills within individually set intermediate goals.
