The aim of this course is to convey basic knowledge and a broad understanding of usage of different types of large scale parallel molecular analysis techniques, so called "omics" and the data that these techniques generate

Grading scale: TH - (U, 3, 4, 5) - (Fail, Three, Four, Five)
Assessment:

Attendance in compulsory lectures and active participation in compulsory laboratory moments and projects. Reporting of laboratory work and project. Ordinary examination is written. Re-examination is written or individual oral examination (as defined by the examiner). The final grade is based on the written or oral examination.

The examiner, in consultation with Disability Support Services, may deviate from the regular form of examination in order to provide a permanently disabled student with a form of examination equivalent to that of a student without a disability.

Admission requirements:

The number of participants is limited to: 30
Selection: Maximum 3 places in the course are reserved for exchange students. Selection criteria for the remaining places: completed university credits within the programme. Priority is given to students enrolled on programmes with the course listed as mandatory, and subsequently to students from programmes that include the course in their curriculum.
