Aim

The aim of the course is to give practical and theoretical skills to plan and perform a project in the field of Biopharmaceutical research and development.

Contents

The course comprises an experimental project related to the development, production, or characterisation of biopharmaceuticals. The project is reported orally and in writing.


Examination details

Grading scale: UG - (U, G) - (Fail, Pass)
Assessment:

For passing grade, the student should show ability to write, follow and manage a project plan and work according to the standard set for the specific project. The student should participate in mandatory activities, communicate project deliverables orally and in writing on a continuous basis, give a final oral seminar and provide a written report.


The examiner, in consultation with Disability Support Services, may deviate from the regular form of examination in order to provide a permanently disabled student with a form of examination equivalent to that of a student without a disability.

The number of participants is limited to: 15
Selection: Selection criteria: completed university credits within the programme. Priority is given to students enrolled on programmes with the course listed as mandatory, and subsequently to students from programmes that include the course in their curriculum.
