Aim

The subject aims at imparting the knowledge and understanding for real estate management in the construction process with regard to real estate economy appraisal, technical and administrative management together with legislation and taxation.

Contents

In general the course focuses on the understanding of real estate management in construction process. Specifically the course focuses on cash flow analysis, operation and maintenance and sustainable development. In addition, financing and real estate tax regulations will also be introduced.

Examination details

Grading scale: TH - (U,3,4,5) - (Fail, Three, Four, Five)
Assessment: To obtain a passing grade, a passed written exam and approved project assignment are required (written submission - level 2 according to the V-programme's guidelines for hand-in assignments).

The examiner, in consultation with Disability Support Services, may deviate from the regular form of examination in order to provide a permanently disabled student with a form of examination equivalent to that of a student without a disability.
