Aim
The course will provide knowledge on long term work with quality for software developing organisations. Software processes, software process improvement and software metrics on products, processes, and resources are covered.

After the course the student should be able to participate in quality improvement activities, such as process improvement and establishment of software measurement programmes. The course also gives some ability to comprehend research literature in the area.
