Aim

Be able to understand the modeling process of a given mathematical modelling project in cooperation with other students and to gain necessary knowledge to finish a project.

Examination details

Grading scale: UG - (U,G) - (Fail, Pass)
Assessment: Written and oral presentation of a project.

The examiner, in consultation with Disability Support Services, may deviate from the regular form of examination in order to provide a permanently disabled student with a form of examination equivalent to that of a student without a disability.

Admission

Required prior knowledge: Equivalent to the 6 first terms of the Engineering Mathematics program.
The number of participants is limited to: 4
Selection: 1. Third year student. 2. Completed university credits within the programme. 3. Final grades on courses given within the study programme. Priority is given to students enrolled on programmes that include the course in their curriculum.
