The course consists of two seminars per week during the course period. A seminar leader is invited from outside the university and the topics are changed each year. An approximate allocation is that half of the seminars concern real estate economy (in a broad sense) and half real estate law (including planning and real property formation). The topics for the individual seminars are to be central within the academic area, but are first decided in connection to the actual course.

Prior to each seminar, approximately 50 pages of text - Swedish or English - is to be thoroughly read. In order to insure this, each seminar will begin with an introduction and two minute keepers will be assigned. The main part of the seminar is to be a discussion with the participants and seminar leader.
