Contents

The course examines the demands that exist for real estate price information with a focus on the tax value and how credit institutions and rating institutions such as Moodys and Standard & Poor work.

The course looks at how publically accessible information can be used in order to reach a higher degree of precision in real estate valuations. From there, the course continues with studies in how the refinement of such information is made by private companies. Finally, the course also takes up informational summaries of prices that are not recorded in the public register and here, primarily with respect to the cooperative housing market. The participants will in the project task create a value information system of a smaller scale.
