Contents

Digital signal processing can be found in a wide range of applications, such as acoustic signal processing, biomedical signal processing and communications. The course starts with a rewiev of signal processing methods within the field of interest and a description of  algorithms that can be used. Each group (2-4 students) are given material concerning the selected method. Then, the work is to implement their solution to the this problem in a DSP (and in Matlab). During the course, we have scheduled meetings between the students and the supervisors. The result of the project work is presented in a written report as well as orally at the end of the course.
