INNOVATION ENGINEERING - INTRAPRENEURSHIP IN PRACTICETMAN01
Credits: 10. Grading scale: TH. Cycle: A (Second Cycle). Main field: Technology. Language of instruction: The course will be given in Swedish. TMAN01 overlaps following cours/es: TMA020. Compulsory for: TEMA5. Course coordinator: Professor Robert Bjärnemo, robert.bjarnemo@mkon.lth.se and Associate Professor Fredrik Nilsson, fredrik.nilsson@plog.lth.se, Technology Management. Prerequisites: For participation in the course, the student is required to be accepted for the Technology Management program. Recommended prerequisits: This course is eligible to candidates that has completed Technology Management course Lund University. This course is compulsory for Technology Management majors. Assessment: The students are evaluated continually during the course partly based on discussions and observations, partly based on written reports and oral presentations based on their project work. The course is examined in two parts: individually 40%, group work 60%. Further information: The course can only be accomplished in teams. The group constellations are determined by the course leader. Aim
The aim of the course is to provide the students, as intrapreneurs, with knowledge, experience and competence in the development of a technology or product in close coopreration with a company. Aspects that are consideration are research & development, marketing, finance, logistics, supply chain management, sustainable development, business ethics etc. The context is the complex, multifaceted technology based company in a network. The purpose is to develop intrapreneurs, capable of integrating several technologies into products and systems, handle and guide multitechnological-economical teams and provide platforms for technological innovations.

Contents
The course is based on live projects from companies were the student teams, as skunkworks, have the responsibility to develop a technology driven product or process with regard to different circumstances that may occur.
