Aim
The aim of the course is to give the student basic knowledge and skill
in object oriented programming in C++.

Knowledge and understanding
For a passing grade the student must

be able to explain fundamental concepts in object-oriented programming in C++
be able to interpret, analyze and explain given C++ code.

Skills and abilities
For a passing grade the student must

be able to develop a functional C++ program from given specifications
be able to systematically debug C++ programs.
