Aim
The course aims at providing the student with insight about the multitude of the experimenting architect’s line of work. To offer a broad knowledge of contemporary architecture and the methods and concepts used by the most successful architects in their practice. To take part of their work, theories and also provide a basic knowledge of the problems faced by experimental, investigating architecture.

Contents
The focus of the course is to give, in an international perspective, an insight in the professional field of the architect and its relation to society.

The course is a series of lectures. Invited lecturers are mainly architects of high international standards, representatives of contemporary global currents of architecture, researchers and teachers from Lund university.
