Credits: 7,5. Grading scale: TH. Cycle: G2 (First Cycle). Main field: Technology. Language of instruction: The course will be given in Swedish. Optional for: I4, M4. Course coordinator: Prof Per Odenrick, and PhD Mikael Blomé,, Ergonomics and Aerosol Technology. The course might be cancelled if the number of applicants is less than 16. Assessment: For a passing grade the student must actively participate in the obligatory portions as well as receive a passing grade on a project as well as on a written test. Home page:

The students will acquire basic knowledge in handling the mutual responsibilities of management and co-workers in projects. The students will also learn how to motivate and apply methods to initiate, plan, perform, report, and follow up on a project. In addition, the students will gain insights into project leadership conditions such as motivation, values and attitudes, which affect the relationships between members of a project.
