Optional for: A3, B4, BI2, C4, D4, E2, F2, I4, K4, L4, M4, MD4, MID1, N4, Pi4, RH4, V4, W4. Aim
The aim is to give an introduction how adults learn both at the university and at work.

Knowledge and understanding
For a passing grade the student must

be able to describle how adults learn

Skills and abilities
For a passing grade the student must

be able to analyse the relation between teaching activities and learning

Judgement and approach
For a passing grade the student must

be able to apply an increased pedagogical awarness in order to develop the personal approach to teaching and learning.

Contents
Learning: How do we learn?
Understanding: Surface and deep approach. Taxonomy (Bloom/SOLO). Kolb. How to promote learning.
Goal: Curriculum objectives. Learning outcomes.
Evaluation: Mid-term evaluation. CEQ. Oral feedback.
Examination: The effects of assessment on learning.
