Lecturer Fredrik Warnquist,, Fastighetsvetenskap. Prerequisites: VFR140 Introductory law and real estate law; VFT025 Real Estate Information Technology; and VFT045 Real Estate Economics. Recommended prerequisits: Semester courses 1-6. Assessment: Participation in project works and a final examination. The objective of the course is to further and expand knowledge from previous courses, for example, within real estate law, spatial planning, physical planning and geomatics as well as give the students an increased ability to use this knowledge with changes in real property formation.
