Structure of materials on submicro-, micro- and macro-levels. Density and porosity. Heat and moisture transfer and their effects. Strength and deformation. Durability. Effects of high temperatures on material properties. Concrete. Ceramics. Metals. Polymers. Wood and wood-based materials. Other building materials.
