MANAGEMENT AND COOPERATION IN PROJECTSMAMF05

Higher education credits: 7,5. Grading scale: TH. Level: G2 (First level). Language of instruction: The course will be given in Swedish. Optional for: I4, M4, V4fu, V4ib. Assessment: For a passing grade the student must actively participate in the obligatory portions as well as receive a passing grade on a project as well as on a written test. Aim
The students will acquire basic knowledge in handling the mutual responsibilities of management and co-workers in projects. The students will also learn how to motivate and apply methods to initiate, plan, perform, report, and follow up on a project. In addition, the students will gain insights into project leadership conditions such as motivation, values and attitudes, which affect the relationships between members of a project.

Central areas of the course include:

Project as a phenomenon and concept; management and co-membership; group and team processes; conflict management; decision processes; initiating, planning, carrying out and evaluating projects; project tools and techniques.
