Higher education credits: 7,5. Grading scale: TH. Level: G1 (First level). Language of instruction: The course will be given in Swedish. MAM061 overlap following cours/es: MAM041 och MAM041. Assessment: For a passing grade the student must actively participate in the obligatory portions as well as receive a passing grade on a project as well as on a written test. Aim
The student shall acquire an overview of interaction design with a focus on the usability oriented design process. The students will, through a mix of theory and practice, acquire skills to design usable interactive products and services.

Contents
The structure of the course is based on the user-oriented design process.

Central areas of the course include:

Interaction design, HCI (Human-computer interaction), usability, cognitive processes, the design process, problem identification, user studies and task analysis, system services, conceptual design, interaction design, graphic design, usability evaluation.
