Higher education credits: 7,5. Grading scale: TH. Level: G2 (First level). Language of instruction: The course will be given in English on demand. Optional for: B4, B4l, K4l, MBIO2, MLIV2. Aim
The course aims to introduce the students in quality assurance, HACCP, cGMP, ISO 9000 and ISO 22000.

Tools for product safety in pharmaceutical-, food-, paint-, packaging-, chemical industry. The course is given in collaboration with representatives from the mentioned industry branches. CIP- and SIP- procedures, disinfection, quality assurance, HACCP, current good manufacturing practice (cGMP), ISO 9000 and ISO 22000.
