Contents
The theoretical basis for spectroscopic methods is discussed and the use of spectroscopy, nmr in particular, and mass spectrometry for structure determination of organic molecules are practised. The strength of combining spectroscopy/spectrometry with computer-aided conformational analysis will be demonstrated. The students will during the course have extensive practical training and problem-based teaching is dominating.
