Aim
To provide in depth knowledge and understanding of human nutrition and metabolism, with focus on how food characteristics and components in different raw materials influence body functions and thus incorporate principles for the development of ”functional foods”, i.e. foods with additional health promoting properties in relation to ordinary foods.
