Prerequisites: Basic knowledge in communication systems corresponding to ETS052 Computer Communication or ETS150 Data Communication. Assessment: The course assessment is divided in three sections, a written exam, a project assignment and a deep study report. The course will give a deep understanding of principles and technologies that are the foundation of communication systems, especially mobile communication systems. The course covers both systems for mobile telephony and systems for wireless data communication, and will give an understanding of how these systems integrate more and more, advantages and disadvantages as well as problems and their solutions in connection with this integration.
