Ranking is established by an evaluation of the applicants’ capability of accomplishing the course successfully. Aim
Rapid prototyping of intelligent algorithms in a FPGA-based structured ASIC technology

· Structured System-on-Chip Design

· Design & Use of parallel networks

· In-Silico Communication

· Advanced VHDL + IP cores

Knowledge and understanding
For a passing grade the student must

- Be well-versed in structured VLSI design using NoC techniques

- Have sufficient knowledge of the application area for his design

- Have knowledge about VLIW architectures

Skills and abilities
For a passing grade the student must

Be extensively skilled in VHDL modelling and FPGA physical optimization

Judgement and approach
For a passing grade the student must

have experienced in silicon system prototyping all-the-way
