Aim
The aim of the course is to give the students an extensive understanding, both theoretical and practical, of different types of commercial contracts that appear in the fields of Swedish Real Estate and Tenants Law, including contracts in house building. Students shall after having completed the course be able to discuss contract issues extensively and also be able to point out and solve the most common legal disputes in the above mentioned subjects.

Contents
The course mainly deals with the following contract forms: purchase agreements regarding real property and shares in real estate companies, commercial construction contracts and commercial tenancy agreements. Students will be divided into smaller groups in order to negotiate different contracts. The written contracts will be presented by the students and analyzed during class.
